500 items are to be auctioned, including fish, plants, and new and used hardware.

Notes for prospective sellers:

• All vendors must complete and bring this CAS vendor list with your items to the auction, and must also contact Ward Pratt by email or phone 851-9998 to receive their vendor number.
• Consignment auction items are sold with a 30% split on the selling price going to the CAS.
• All new and used electrical equipment submitted for consignment auction must be in working order or labeled as non-functional
• All fish or other livestock must be properly bagged (ie: no ziplocs)
• Improperly bagged livestock are subject to a $1 rebagging fee
• CAS members can reserve as many as 25 auction lots. The general public are usually limited to 10 lots, but special dispensation (for estate sales, etc.) can be arranged.
• If more lots are desired a waiting list is in place for any additional lots not claimed
• The lot number and an identification of the item must be clearly written on every item
• All items must be delivered to the auction location between 9:00am and 10:30am on the morning of the auction
